There are two ways of doing that: using cloud storage or moving the files manually. Let’s take a look at both options and see which one is more suitable for your business. If you use the cloud storage option, you can access your account from any computer with an internet connection. However, if you move your data manually, it will take some time but it makes sure that all the data gets transferred successfully.

Instead, you can use the Cloud Save feature to save a copy of your data in the cloud.

  4. Install Quickbooks On The New Computer First, install QuickBooks on the new computer. First, open the downloaded installation file and click Next until you see the "Ready to Install" screen. Select the installation type: "I am a new user" or "I have a QuickBooks file" and click Install to begin installing QuickBooks on the new computer.
