  1. OVERVIEW

  2. The Food and Agriculture Organization reported India to have 195.9 million people as undernourished.

  3. By this measure, it is clearly depicted that the food management in the country is not as streamlined as an agricultural country is expected to have. Though many NGO Foundationsin partnership with the government are trying hard to dismantle the situation, this hunger situation arising from food insecurity is leading to a major health degradation in the nation.
