  1. NGL App’s 'SEND LOVE' Helps Boost Mental Health Social media app NGL is making waves in the digital world with its new game, "SEND LOVE," designed to promote kindness and boost users' mental health. Set to launch this Monday, March 11th, through Sunday the 17th, the game encourages users to send compliments to each other by exchanging names. As users open the NGL App on Monday morning, they'll be greeted by the new game, "Send Love." While NGL already offers a variety of games like the popular "Confessions'' game, "Send Love" marks the app's first foray into launching a game for a specific cause. The game's launch coincides with Brain Awareness Week, an initiative aimed at raising awareness about the importance of kindness amidst the ongoing mental health crisis. Brain Awareness Week, founded by the Dana Alliance for Brain Initiatives and the European Dana Alliance for the Brain, has grown to be celebrated by over 5,600 partners across 120 countries. NGL is proud to join this initiative to raise awareness of mental health and support brain science. This year, Brain Awareness Week runs from March 11th to March 17th. By launching "Send Love," NGL aims to bring this mental health awareness initiative to its users in over 170 countries and regions, making it one of the largest brain awareness campaigns to date. The game will be available for free to all users, including those who have subscribed to the NGL App's premium option for more games. The goal is to have a meaningful impact on global mental health by encouraging kindness in the digital world. "We're extremely excited to launch this game for such an important cause," says Ebhan King, Head of Community at NGL App. "Online spaces are increasingly contributing to the loneliness epidemic, and we can't wait to spearhead this initiative to bring a little bit of kindness back to our digital world." NGL is known for its unique take on anonymity, providing a safe space for users to be their authentic selves without the pressures of traditional social media. Launched on November 7th, 2021, by a small group of friends in Venice Beach, California, NGL quickly rose to #1 on the App Store in the summer of 2022. Since then, it has helped over 200 million users worldwide to express their true selves online.
