Divorce Process in South Africa

The divorce process in South Africa is governed by the Divorce Act of 1979. There are two types of divorces, contested and uncontested. Uncontested divorce is when both parties agree to the terms of the divorce and submit a joint application. On the other hand, a contested divorce is when one party disagrees with the terms of the divorce and takes the matter to court.

Link here https://www.martinvermaak.co.za/the-divorce-process-in-south-africa/
