  2. WhatsApp, is a freeware, cross-platform centralized instant messaging (IM) and voice-over-IP (VoIP) service owned by the American business Meta Platforms that is available worldwide (formerly Facebook).

  3. Users may exchange text messages and voice messages, conduct audio and video chats, and share photographs, documents, user locations, and other stuff. WhatsApp's client application is available on mobile devices as well as PCs. To join the service, you must have a cell phone number

  4. 2 billion users worldwide and is owned by Facebook (FB) parent company Meta. Announcing the changes on Facebook (FB) and Instagram, CEO Mark Zuckerberg said the company would keep building new ways to protect your messages and keep them as private and secure as face-to-face conversations.

  5. The new privacy features on WhatsApp While WhatsApp calls and messages are end-to-end encrypted, the company has pushed to enhance efficiency and add additional features like vanishing texts, end-to-end encrypted backups, blocking and reporting problematic contacts, and two-step verification.
