  2. TECHNICAL CHALLENGES: • Lack of reliable internet & technology Access to high speed internet can be uneven especially in rural & remote areas. • Technical Issues with online platforms Issues with online problems, software glitches and problem with assessing materials disrupts learning.

  3. COMMUNICATION & INTERACTION • Lack of face to face interaction Distance learning can lead to isolation and a reduced sense of communication. • Difficulties in building relationship It can be challenging to foster social interaction and build rapport with instructor and peer in virtual environment. • Limited communication options While online tools of communication are available they may not fully replicate the immediacy and nuances of in-person communication.

  4. DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION ISSUES • Instructional Design Web based instruction requires careful planning and design to create effective and engaging learning experiences . Lack of expertise may lead to ineffective learning. • Teacher Training Teachers need adequate training and support to effectively implement and utilized web based instruction.

  5. COST AND AFFORDABILITY • E-Learning may be more expensive than traditional education including costs associated with technology access, course materials and platform fees. • Affordability can be a barrier for some learners, particularly those with limited financial resources.

  6. INEFFECTIVE LEARNING APPROACHES AND CONTENT • Not all learning materials and approaches are well suited for online environment . • Instructors need to design and deliver engaging and interactive content that effectively caters online learners.

  7. TIME MANAGEMENT & SELF MOTIVATION • E-Learning requires strong self-motivation and time management skills to stay on track. • Poor time management can lead to last-minute cramming and decreased academic performance.

  8. DIGITAL LITERACY & SKILLS • Digital literacy gaps can create barriers for students who are not comfortable with technology. • Students need to be proficient in using technology and online learning platforms for effective learning.

  9. WAYS TO OVERCOME E-LEARNING ISSUES • Familiarize yourself with troubleshoot basic problems. • Ensure you have the necessary software and a contingency plan for technical glitches. • Use time management skills. • Assess your digital literacy and seek opportunities to learn new skills • Collaborate with peers to learn from their experiences. • Set realistic goals. • Find a productive workplace. • Make use of communication platforms.
