  1. TASIGNA 200MG CAPSULE - MrMed Introduction: Tasigna 200mg Capsule contains the active ingredient Nilotinib. It is used to treat adult and pediatric patients with chronic myeloid leukemia, as well as those who have experienced side effects from prior treatment. Chronic myeloid leukemia, a form of blood cancer, causes the body to produce too many white blood cell due to DNA mutations. The treatment is designed to prolong life, prevent the disease from getting worse, and ultimately, reduce symptoms. Tasigna 200mg Capsules:  Patients with chronic myeloid leukemia in children and adults. How Tasigna 200mg capsule works: CML is caused by uncontrolled cell division via BCR-ABL Tyrosine Kinase. Tasigna 200mg Capsule interrupts the signaling pathway of protein kinase enzyme. It inhibits the growth of cancer cells by targeting the BCR-ABL protein. It is effective against mutant forms (BCR-ABL) that are resistant Imatinib therapy.
