  1. IMATIB 400MG TABLET Introduction: Imatib 400mg Tablet contains the active ingredient Imatinib. It is prescribed as a first-line treatment for patients with chronic phase of blood cancer, even though it is not curative. Chronic Myelogenous leukemia (CML), a form of blood cancer, is characterised by an uncontrolled production and increase in mature granulocytes. This treatment is intended to prolong survival, prevent disease progression, and reduce symptoms. Imatib 400mg Tablets: Chronic eosinophilic and chronic myeloid cancers, stomach cancer, and a rare form of skin cancer called Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans can all be treated. Additional chemotherapy treatment. How Imatib 400mg Tablet Work: CML is caused by uncontrolled cell division via BCR-ABL Tyrosine Kinase. Imatib 400mg Tablet blocks the signaling pathway of the protein kinase enzyme. It inhibits the spread and growth of cancer cells by targeting the BCR-ABL protein. Interactions with other drugs:
