Lotus Notes provides emails, contacts, calendars, journals, to-do, etc. to save the user’s data in NSF format with No-SQL technology whereas, MS Outlook uses OST and PST format to store the user’s data in the local system. Lotus Notes is supported with Domino server and Outlook is compatible with Exchange Server. Phase 1: Export Lotus Notes data to CSV Format • Run IBM Notes and open NSF file which you want to export in PST. • Open mailbox then go to File Menu and choose Export option. • Put the name of NSF file and choose CSV (Comma Separated Value) in drop down box. Phase 2: Import CSV file into MS Outlook • Run MS Outlook and go to File tab • Choose “Import Export Tool” option in file tab • Select “import from another program or file” then click on Next button. • Choose “Comma Separate Value (Window)” option then again click on Next button. • Provide the destination of CSV file and choose required option then click on Next button. • Select the save location and click on Next button • Now wait till synchronization is complete then click on the finish button.

  10. Using different search criteria you can find some specific NSF data and convert them into your desired format.

  11. Now select the your desired export option to export NSF file. Click on Browse tab to provides the destination path of converter file and hit on next.

  12. As per your required you use PST export Option & Split Option otherwise directly click on Export Tab to export your NSF file.

  13. If you need stop conversion process for some time click on Pause and to start again click on resume. Otherwise wait till the exporting not completed.
