WHAT IS BODY MOBILITY AND WHY DOES IT MATTER?

Mobility is essential for physical well-being and lifespan. You cannot move your joints through their complete range of motion when you have inadequate mobility. This can cause tension as well as hyperextension, causing the tissue within the joints to wear out quicker and the nervous system and muscles to react to the joint's lack of mobility, causing knots (tension), stiffness, and pain.
Visit Us: https://www.mobilityandfitness.com/post/what-is-body-mobility-and-why-does-it-matter
1. WHAT IS BODY MOBILITY AND WHY DOES IT MATTER? Mobility refers to a person's general range of motion in the body, specifically in their joints.

 2. The importance of mobility to one's wellbeing and functional capacity cannot be overstated. Greater mobility reduces the risk of injury. You can squat lower, move faster, gives you confidence and better quality of life. You can stay active and energetic for years when you have good mobility. What is Mobility? Mobility is essential for physical well-being and lifespan. You cannot move your joints through their complete range of motion when you have inadequate mobility. This can cause a tension as well as hyperextension, causing the tissue within the joints to wear out quicker and the nervous system and muscles to react to the joint's lack of mobility, causing knots (tension), stiffness and pain. Inner connective tissues grow small and tight if we spend too long in stasis. Fascia is the name for this type of connective tissue. It's a thin, ephemeral tissue consisting primarily of collagen. It protects the body's integrity by encasing muscles as well as other organs. It can make a person stiff, cause pain, and even impair organ functions if it isn't adequately mobilized. When your body has optimal mobility, it implies you get a perfectly functioning and effective range of motion. Injury prevention and mobility Activation and the inability to activate muscles due to tension and weak muscles change the motion of the intended movement when you don't have complete mobility in the joint(s), and also other muscles are recruited to compensate. This can result in discomfort and harm. Accidents do happen; it's a part of living. However, if you learn to recognise and respond to the body's subtle indications, you can avoid serious and long term problems.
