WHAT EFFECT HAS HAART HAD ON ORAL MANIFESTATIONS? • Significant reduction –oral hairy leukoplakia, necrotizing ulcerative periodontitis • No significant reduction –candidiasis, oral ulcers, Kaposi’s sarcoma • Increase-salivary gland disease, oral warts • Reduction of oral lesions-47.6% to 37.5%
