  4. Reporting procedure • The procedure for electronic reporting in WISE via Reportnet for DWD: • WISE reporting arrangements(very informal for DWD, as it is already endorsed by Water Directors in March’07) • Final list of nominated reporters (for access rights to upload reports)

Methodology for reporting the data (page 3 DD): • Provide information on the WSZ • Submit annual summary information on DW quality in the WSZ exceeding 1000m3/day or serving >5000 persons • Submit data for non-compliance of DW in WSZ • Submit data on derogations in accordance with Art.9 of DWD • Use templates (xml schemas or Excel) and these specifications will guide you in formating and collating your data delivery. All are available to download from data dictionary • Supply data on WSZ in xml, Excel or tab-separated ASCII text format. Ensure commas are not used as decimal separators. • Upload your data files to your nominated repository: the central Data Repository athttp://cdr.eionet.europa.eu/

QA/QC Rules for Reportnet When data are in Reportnet at CDR • Automatic QA/QC takes place • Within the data specifications sizes (number of characters) and values (min and max) that should be complied with, are defined. • When a value from a code list is asked for it should already be listed under the code list. This applies to the fields: • Country code • Parameter • Parameter type • Remedial • Time table • Cause • Derogation type. • Check a date field for the format yyyy/mm/dd • Parameters values have to be defined (will be introduced for the next reporting exercise only)
