  1. OUR COMMON SAFETY ISMORE THAN JUST A COMMODITY.SAFE LIFE FOR SOCIETY, YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN.R&D PROJECT: “CREATION TECHNICAL DEVICES FOR REMOTE DETECTION OF SECRETLY TRANSPORTED SUBSTANCES (OBJECTS) OF RESTRICTED USE”.

  2. RESTRICTED USE SUBSTANCES (RUS) are substances (objects), the circulation and use of which is regulated by the government. SIRUS-Scanner-Identifier of Restricted Use Substances. THE PROJECT OBJECTIVE is to develop and create a line of unique universal scanners-identifiers capable of remotely real-time detection of the presence ("Yes") or absence ("No") of ANY target substances/items of restricted use (RUS) in the control zone. PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT - the capture of the world's most massive segments RUS detection devices through a combination of versatility and efficiency of our SIRUS with a competitive price.

All existing RUS detectors can be conditionally divided into high-speed (response time 1-3 seconds, on-line mode) and sensitive (with a RUS content in the surface-air layer of 10-14 g / cm3), operating mainly in standoff mode. The shorter the response time, the lower the sensitivity of the device and the accuracy of the method. Existing RUS detectors are not universal. They selectively respond only to certain groups of substances - explosives or drugs, metals or radiation, etc. This is due to the variety of used physical principles of diagnostics and the impossibility of combining them in one device. All existing systems, as a rule, DO NOT WORK with appropriate shielding of the RUS, the distance of the RUS from the detectors, and the absence of a human operator. Or they visualize the shape of objects WITHOUT IDENTIFICATION of its content. Universal / multi-function high-speed RUS scanners capable of on-line mode, to remotely and easily identify the any target substances in the control zone, currently DOES NOT EXIST.   6. MAIN DIFFERENCE of our SIRUS from existing detectors - UNIVERSALITY OF THE PROPOSED PHYSICAL PRINCIPLE FOR DETECTING RUS and novelty in its application. THE PROPOSED PHYSICAL PRINCIPLE OF DIAGNOSTICS consists in the identification of the target substance in the test object by registering with devices the fact of the appearance of a characteristic electromagnetic field as a result of resonance phenomena caused in the target substance. It is proposed to register the change in the magnetic component of the electromagnetic field of a certain frequency when an object with identical spectral characteristics is placed in this field. A sequential enumeration of the generated electromagnetic fields with characteristics corresponding to the frequency characteristics of the target substances will reliably detect and identify any target substance (object) located in the area of action of this field.

Our SIRUS can be used both in traditional control zones and points (border and customs points, airports, public places, critical infrastructure facilities, etc.), and on highways, tunnels, gas stations, container yards, sea and rail transport. etc. This will allow remotely and, if necessary, covertly to detect, identify RUS, personalize their carriers and for the FIRST TIME IN WORLD PRACTICE really control any movements of RUS in separately selected territories (states) that have a pre-organized of control point network. To solve the problem of creating a unique universal SIRUS, it is proposed to carry out a complex of organizational, research and development works, divided into several successive phases of the pre-seed stage of varying degrees of complexity and requiring different funding. The results of each of the phases of this stage will be unique. They can be deployed in separate startups or combined into one project. 1st phase - creation of a prototype device for selective detection of RUS, with unique characteristics. For example, an arched (for controlling the flow of people) or tunnel (for controlling baggage and mail) explosives detector based on TNT and RDX. The implementation time is up to 12 months. The cost of the stage is 800,000.00 USD. 2nd phase - creation of a prototype of a multifunctional arched or tunnel type SIRUS. Detects 5 types of hard drugs and explosives based on TNT and RDX. The implementation period is 12 months. The cost of the stage is USD 1,500,000.00.

  10. 3rd phase - creation of a prototypes of a universal SIRUS arch, tunnel and console types. Detects the main types of explosives, hard drugs, chemical warfare agents, main biological threats, "dirty bombs". The term of execution is 30 months. The cost of the phase is 6,000,000.00 USD. The budget and plan for the implementation of the Startup Stage and subsequents of Growth Stage and Expansion Stage of independent projects or the project as a whole depends on the results of the Pre-Seed Stage. The results of the Pre-Seed Stage depend on the volume and timeliness of funding and the qualifications of the development team. At the stages of Growth and Expansion of the project, it is proposed to release a line of SIRUSs of three types (11 modifications). Technical risks are minimized, since the proposed physical principle of detection has been tested by us in more than 80 prospecting projects (geological exploration, security, archeology). To reduce the investor's financial risks, we propose to implement the 1st phase of the Pre-Seed Stage. Detectors designed to monitor the flow of people or baggage are the most in demand. The potential market capacity exceeds 11 million devices.

TASKS of the 1st phase of the PRE-SEED STAGE of this Project • A) development of an arched-type remote detector of explosives with signs of novelty, creation of a prototype that meets the following requirements: • Confident (100%) registration of the presence of shielded explosives containing TNT and / or RDX and not containing metal components, transported through an arch-type detector; • Detector response speed - 2-5 seconds; • Automatic operation mode; • Energy autonomy; • Environmental safety of the detector; • Competitive cost of the detector. • B) Registration of intellectual property rights to an invention / utility model. • UNIQUENESS OF THIS DEVELOPMENT - in the world there are no on-line detectors-identifiers of well-shielded explosives (or without metal components) operating without operator participation. Our detector will have no analogues in terms of explosive detection efficiency, speed and cost.

Development of the design documentation and the creation of multiple copies of a working prototype SIRUS arch type will allow us to go to the Start-up stage to test them in the real world, obtaining national and international certificates of conformity. In parallel with the organization of small-scale production, mandatory participation in international exhibitions on public safety, which are held in the world more than 50 per year, is expected. For example, International Exhibition "IFSEC International" - for Safety Technologies in London, UK; "RisCon Tokyo International" Exhibition of Personal and Public Safety in Tokyo, Japan; "SEECAT International" Anti-Terrorism Exhibition in Tokyo, Japan, etc. In addition to receiving orders from the main customers of SIRUS at international exhibitions, we have reason to talk about getting a strategic order for us to create a monitoring network on the scale of one of the Middle Eastern states, actively countering terrorist threats.

  14. The estimated cost of one "simple" arch-type SIRUS (1st phase of the Pre-Seed Stage) for small-scale production (5000 pieces per year) should not exceed USD 2500.00. Wholesale prices for good arch metal detectors start at USD 4000.00. Considering that our SIRUS determines the presence of both explosives that do not contain metal, and any metal objects, we can talk about excellent market prospects for our products. Goods that really reduce the risks of terrorist threats are in demand in any corner of the world that seems safe only yesterday. The implementation of any of the proposed phases of the first stage of the project will provide objective information necessary for drawing up a real business plan and financial model of the Startup Stage, choosing a real tactics and real exit strategy for entering to the Global market to get leading positions. To date, no company in the world can offer a systematic approach to organizing real control over the RUSs illegal movement. With the help of the technical devices that we are going to create, this problem can be solved.
