  2. The Tier 2 Intra-company transfer has the ability to let the notable skilled workers living in any foreign country to get transferred to the UK branch’s job. The candidate needs to have a minimum of one-year experience in that respective company and skills to be eligible for UK immigration. Apart from that, the candidate also requires to showcase a job offer felicitated by the UK branch. Also, there exists a need for the employer to issue a significant certificate of sponsorship. Here is the maximum stay for the applicants: • The long-term staff earning more than £120,000 annually, can stay here for 9 years. • The long-term staff earning less than £120,000 a year, can stay here for 5 years and 1 month. • The graduate trainee can stay in the UK for a year i.e. 12 months.
