  2. CSTN • Color Super Twisted Nematic • STN is black and white, • While CSTN is the color version. • Cheaper and more energy efficient.

  3. Resistive • Contain two layer of conductive material with a gap, • When touched two layers meet

  5. TFD • Also called Thin Film Diode • Power consumption and low cost

  6. TFT (Thin Film Transistor) • Most common type of display units • Narrow viewing angles and poor visibility

  7. OLED • Known as Organic Light Emitting Diode • Organic material is sandwiched between two conducting sheets

  8. AMOLED • Active-Matrix Organic Light-Emitting Diode • Light weight, better battery life

  9. Retina Display • Pixels cannot be individually identified by the human eye

  10. Gorilla Glass • Protect mobile displays from scratches, drops, and bumps of everyday use
