Replace logo below with your company logo or delete this box and logo if using company letterhead Example logo The landscape maintenance program that we propose for (Job Name) consists of the following services: • The mowing of all turf areas throughout the property once each seven days in the heavy growing season of May 1 to October 15. Mowing in the months of October 15 to April 30 will be regulated at the discretion of the grounds manager. • The edging of all walks and curb areas in concurrence with each mowing. • The edging of all plant beds in concurrence with every other mowing or as inspection requires. • The weeding of all plant beds as determined by the contract specifications often. • The shearing of qualifying shrubs and hedges to main­tain desired shape and appearance. • The power clipping of grass areas inaccessible to our mowing machinery. • The air blowing of all walks and paved areas littered in the mainte­nance process. • We assume responsibility for any and all damage, including irrigation components that occur as a result of the maintenance process, the mowing of all turf areas. BUSINESS NAME is not responsible for the condition of the landscape due to drought, freeze, irrigation deficiencies, or storm damage. However, we will provide the following services and can prepare a separate agreement to address these needs: • The fertilization and insect control of turf, woody ornamental and ground cover plants • The installation of mulch • The installation of annuals • The operation and inspection of irrigation system • The replacement of turf, plant life, or irrigation components • The removal of storm or freeze related debris • The maintenance of trees exceeding twelve feet in height • Selective pruning of woody ornamentals BUSINESS NAME agrees to maintain Property Name, in the manner prescribed, for a total annual amount of (Amount) dollars ($0.00) payable in monthly installments of (Amount) dollars ($0.00) due on the first day of the month following the month of service. Property Name assumes no liability for damages or consequential damages caused by conditions beyond our control. This annual agreement begins on (Month Day, 200-) and renew annually on the anniversary date at a price increase of 3% or a rate equal to the consumer price index (CPI) which ever is lowest. The parties agree that either party may terminate this agreement with cause upon 60 days written notice to the other party. START UP GOALS (FIRST 30 DAYS OF SERVICE) • Conduct a thorough soil analysis, process the results and formulate the exact fertilizer requirements. • Initiate a program of "detail" weeding of all bed areas. • Apply required pesticides to all applicable turf grass areas and plant materials. • Initiate the establishment of consistent and uniform protective maintenance borders around trees, plants, buildings, and other obstacles in the landscaped areas. • Conduct a complete inventory of the plant material in order to determine the needs for replacements of severely regressed or missing material and submit cost projections for replacements. • Conduct a complete inventory of the irrigation system and submit recommendations and cost projections for corrections and/or improvements if needed. • Conduct a complete walkthrough site inspection/review with the designated representative. • A complete and comprehensive annual color program will be designed and • implemented, considering clients’ desire, site conditions, and seasonal availability. • All annuals will be contract grown to assure uniformity and to maximize size and • quality. Contract Irrigation Specifications Replace logo below with your company logo or delete this box and logo if using company letterhead Example logo If your maintenance agreement includes irrigation maintenance, the following services will be performed: • A total review of the irrigation system will be performed to check system efficiency, coverage, operations limitations, and/or operational status. • A report, along with a proposal for correction of any deficiencies, will be submitted. • During each contract irrigation check, a technician will activate the system and observe for proper coverage and system operation. • Any needed adjustments to coverage, corrections for broken nozzles and any damage caused by the Business Name personnel will be performed at that time. • If we are called to the property to repair damage caused by Job Name service personnel between inspections, this will be performed at no additional cost to you. • All technicians will report to your management representative when available or a report will be sent for each visit. • If we are called to your property for inspections or repairs of items not caused by Job Name service personnel (i.e. underground leaks, traffic damage, vandalism, power outages or component or control failures) or if these items are found during an inspection, property management will be responsible for the cost of materials and labor provided by Business Name for repairs. • There will be a service charge for service calls when no problem is found to exist. Please note most irrigation systems were designed and built to maintain the original landscape. Alterations to landscape frequently require modifications to the irrigation system. Property management will be responsible for the cost of materials and labor for such modifications. ACCEPTANCE OF ADDENDUM Condition of acceptance The amount of ( $00.00) has been entered as the said “Dollar Amount” not to be exceeded for monthly repairs without written permission.
