  1. Metecno – Roofing Solutions (Insulated Sandwich PUF, PIR Roof Panel, Mineral Wool Panel, Rock wool Pre Fabricated Roof Panel) A factory assembled insulated sandwich roof panel using PUF, PIR or Mineral wool is a pre-fabricated, factory made unit that consists of an insulating layer between two sheets of fabric or metal of 0.5 - 0.8 mm thickness to produce a straight-to-finish panel. Panels are manufactured in accordance with a patented system by Metecno, consisting of an external steel face and an internal flat core (PUF/PIR/Mineral-Wool). Providing effective insulation and strong bonding for better structural stability, the insulation core facilitates higher loading and longer spans. Roof panels can be used for roofs, walls, and ceilings. Galmet Metecno has patented a system for manufacturing GLAMET panels, which consist of an external steel profile and an interior flat liner that is insulated with a PUF/PIR core. A panel-to-panel interlocking mechanism provides a reliable seal. Monoroof A MONOROOF panel is manufactured according to a patented system by Metecno and consists of a steel panel with a profiled external surface, an aluminium sheet inside and an insulation core made of PUF or PIR. Each panel has a mechanism for interlocking with the next, ensuring an effective seal. Hipertec Roof A steel sheet that has an insulation core layered between a profiled exterior and an internal micro- ribbed sheet. The mineral wool is laid longitudinally with off-set joints and then compressed transversely to fill the space between the metal facings. The ribs of the external metal sheet are filled with shaped mineral wool strips. Hipertec Roof Sound In accordance with the patented system of Metecno, the HIPERTEC ROOF SOUND panel consists of a profiled external steel facing in conjunction with an internal flat, perforated liner, and a rockwool core at right angles to the plane of the panel.
