PAM Project Update: What is PAM? • The PAM project was initiated to standardize 30+ applications currently used to process payment requests. • Because a substantial percentage of the payment functionality is common to all payment types, development of a single, modular application is the appropriate course of action. • PAM will continue to support all current FPA file formats until agencies adapt the standard format which includes the GWA TAS/BETC requirements.

PAM Project Update: What is PAM? • Develop and deploy a robust, standardized application employing new technologies where appropriate. • Take a phased approach to the development and delivery. • Meet all functional and nonfunctional business requirements set forth by FMS Users and business owners. • Payments made through the system are done right the first time: on time, every time.
