    1. 1 Appendix C: LOGIC MODELS Abilities designed its Logic Models to achieve the following OVERARCHING OUTCOMES. Each Objective list the Overarching Outcomes it’s targeted to achieve. The employment rate and earnings for persons with disabilities will increase, including competitive employment and self-employment while maintaining access to affordable health care. Attitudinal changes result in more people with disabilities seeking and obtaining employment with employers hiring and retaining more people with disabilities. Transition services and supports improve for young adults and youth with disabilities. Coordination and collaboration improves among all stakeholders with regard to employment of people with disabilities. Services and supports better prepare businesses to hire, retain and promote people with disabilities in the workforce. Coordination of data collection processes are developed tracking employment outcomes and measuring the programs, supports, and services effectiveness. Proportional representation of New Mexicans with disabilities exists in the workforce. All populations of persons with disabilities are included in the services delivery system with equal access to services and resources including transportation, childcare, personal assistance and assistive technology.
