Sprycel 140mg tablet is used for the treatment for Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia, Recently diagnosed adults with Philadelphia chromosome-positive chronic myeloid leukaemia in chronic phase, Severe, increased, or myeloid or lymphoid blast phase Ph CML with resistance or intolerance to prior therapy including imatinib.

  7. 剂量管理 • 新诊断：慢性粒细胞白血病的处方剂量是每天开始100毫克PO（早晨或傍晚）。如果反应不充分，该药物将被提升至140 mg qDay。 • •高级CML的处方剂量为140 mg PO qDay。如果反应不充分，该药物将增加至180 mg qDay • •急性淋巴细胞白血病的处方剂量为140 mg PO qDay。如果反应不充分，药物将增加至180 mg PO qDay

  8. 预防 • 当与化学疗法联合治疗时，对于接受Ph + ALL治疗的儿科患者，在每个化疗块的初始化之前执行CBC并按临床指示进行;在整合化疗块期间，每2天做一次CBC直至恢复 • •在使用Sprycel治疗期间，导致骨髓抑制包括严重的血小板减少，中性粒细胞减少和贫血可能发展;可通过剂量中断，减少剂量或停止治疗来控制;造血生长因子已被用于抵抗性骨髓抑制。 • •Sprycel 140mg会发生低钾血症，低镁血症，先天性QT间期延长，肝功能损害 • •对于已经或可能发展QT间期延长的患者，慎用药物Sprycel 140mg
