  1. Best Weight Loss Tips A lot can be said about weight loss. It won’t pay off if you work out for two hours and then consume junk foods. On the other hand, desired results can be achieved only when a proper diet plan is followed. Simply put, you shed weight only when your caloric consumption is lesser than caloric expenditure. If you are on a weight loss mission, you are required to burn an ample number of calories by working out and then follow the diet plan. It is nearly impossible to calculate the needs of your body on a daily basis. Those foods should help you with required nutrients. (1 glass) 8:50PM: Mixed vegetable salad (1 katori) 9:00PM: Dal and Lauki sabzi and 1 roti (or) sauteed vegetables with paneer, 1 roti and green chutney (or) Lentil Curry and methi rice (or) palak chole and steamed rice (0.5 katori) (or) Curd, aloo baingan sabzi with 1 roti (or) Green gram whole dal cooked, bhindi sabzi, and 1 roti, Low fat paneer curry and 1 roti. Above is the perfect diet plan for weight loss to follow throughout the day. Beyond the diet, working out will help to lose weight fast. We have to make sure to eat 5-6 times per day, drink a lot of water, have an early dinner, and eat a lot of fiber to ace the weight loss program.
