  2. Overview Octane analyzer is an analytical unit that automatically generates and print test results. Knock detection system ensures that the stability, repeatability and precision are less than 0.2 R octane. Microchip aids in rapid, accurate results. In compliance with ASTMD2699 and ASTMD2700 it evaluates gasoline type, and determines its Research Octane Number (RON) and Motor Octane Number (MON). Specifications: Measurement range 40 RON ~ 120 RON 900 ± 9r / min ( Motor method ) Speed range 600 ± 6r / min ( Research method ) Pressure ≥ 0.15 MPa Compression ratio range 4:1 ~ 18:1 Cylinder diameter 82.55 mm Temperature of cylinder 100 ± 1 ℃ Humidity control range 3.56 ~ 7.12 grams water/kg Motor method temperature ( adjustable ) 38 ℃ at ± 2 ℃ Research method temperature ( adjustable ) 52 ℃ at ± 1.0 ℃ Lubricating oil temperature 57 ℃ ± 8 ℃ Crankcase pressure -0.245 to -1.470 kPa Mixture temperature ( Motor method ) 141 ℃ ~ 165 ℃ at ± 1 ℃

  3. Cycle water temperature ≤ R.T + 10 ℃ Angle of ignition ( Motor method ) -24°±1.5° Research method angle of ignition -13°±1.0° Input valve size 0.20 mm Exhaust valve size 0.25 mm Spark plug gap 0.50 mm Weight 900 kgs Features : Measures leaded, unleaded gasoline and gasoline with different additives Detection time: 15 minutes / gasoline sample LCD touch screen to display real time data and results Operation method: Interpolation and Compression ratio method Equipped with SE air filtration system Magnetic induction ignition for accurate tests Cooling water circulation system Low temperature test tank FAD security protection system for safety of operators Applications : Used in oil and petroleum industry, petrochemical industry, research institutes, laboratories, petroleum storage facilities, filling stations, customs houses, chemical industry, etc.
