Computer viruses and biological viruses both harm but their properties are different. computer viruses infect all files, folders, and software but biological viruses infect the human nervous system.

In the whole world, There will be hardly anyone who does not know about covid 19. It is spread by a virus named COVID-19 or SARS-CoV-2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2). If the VIRUS succeeds in getting into the computer or any other electronic device, it tends to affect the data ?les, drives, software, boot sector, etc. There can be several ways a virus can harm the devices or the data stored in the devices. Humans create or develop viruses to gain access to the private information of individuals, companies, or government organizations. Such humans are called attackers or hackers.  According to one de?nition, “a computer virus is malicious code, or a program designed to change the behavior of a computer system, that spreads from one computer to another without the user’s knowledge and can cause malicious execution. It is written to allow you to perform any actions you want to perform. 

  2. The Difference Between Computer VIRUS and a Biological Virus:  As we all know that whether it’s computer viruses or Biological viruses, both harm. Let’s discuss some signi?cant points about computer viruses and biological Viruses. These organisms enter the body and adhere to cell surfaces. Depending on the type and characteristics of the Virus, it looks for cells in different parts of the body, such as the liver, respiratory tract, and blood. Once attached to healthy cells, they invade. When VIRUS enters a computer, it affects its ?les, and sometimes it can take control of the computer and send it to the attacker. Biological viruses can originate from the mobile genetic elements that gain some moving ability. Biological Viruses can originate naturally and be made in a laboratory too. Conversely, a Computer virus is a code or set of codes (software) prepared by humans.  When a virus infects humans, it doesn’t always end up in disease. When Virus starts multiplying, infection occurs, and disease occurs when multiple cells get damaged by infection. Computer viruses infect computers. They hijack your computer’s defense mechanisms to in?ltrate and spread to all other computers. Your method may vary. Viruses can be transported and present in animals, especially wild animals, but that doesn’t explain how viruses arise or why new, unknown viruses emerge regularly. A computer virus replicates itself by using computer hardware to insert its code into the host computer’s stack. Once replicated, it attempts to propagate using the vector. This vector can be emailed, copied across networks, or used by infected hosts to scan the Internet for other new hosts. Summary: We have seen the difference between a computer virus and a biological Virus. But a computer virus is likely a counterpart of a biological Virus. As a biological virus starts to spread, it starts mutating. A computer virus also mutates to evade detection, as we have seen in the Covid-19 pandemic due to the SARS-CoV-19 Virus. As the world’s political and economic situation changes, we are not far from a cyber epidemic.
