Ifyou havebeenusinganysubstancesor havebeendiagnosedwithanymedical conditionsthatmay affectyourhealthoruse ofalcoholordrugs(suchas diabetes),pleasetellusaboutthemnow.Thisisaone-timeevaluationthatis doneby acounselor for $89.Given thatanevaluation,alongwiththeCounseling recommendationsprovided,are oftenused tominimizeandalleviate court sentences,individuals are highlyencouraged toundergoevaluations.
