  2. En la comunidad de colca , un grupo de madres de familia conformo una asociación de mujeres emprendedoras.Ellas producen mantas tejidas con lana de alpaca. Este grupo se caracteriza porque trabaja coordinadamente, cada una sabe que es importante en la asociación.El cargo de la presidencia es rotativo.Todas se sienten comprometidas con la comunidad y sus familias.
