  3. There are many different types of discrimination in the workplace. The most common types of discrimination are based on: ● Age ● Gender ● Religion ● Sex ● Political views ● Disability ● Marital status ● Ethnicity ● Origin ● Social status

  4. Equal Treatment As an employee, you have the right to be treated fairly and equally as any other employee in the company. That being said, you should not expect any special treatment. However, you should not be treated differently. If everyone else is treated with respect, you should be treated the same.
