  1. 5 Daily Habit To build Self Confidence Self-confidence and Self-esteemisn’t something you’re born with; it’s something you develop over time through hard work and intentional action, says Robin S. Sharma in The Leader Who Had No Title. You aren’t the work you do; you are the person you are when you do your best work. he adds in this powerful book’s on personal development and leadership. 1) Start the day with a win

  2. Being successful in whatever you choose is all about creating healthy habits , and starting your day off right can help make everything else go smoother. To build self-confidence, start each morning with a quick win: do 10 pushups, read one page of a non-fiction book, meditate for 5 minutes—whatever it takes to get you through that first task of the day on top of your game. 2) Know your value Before you can begin to build your confidence, and you need to get clear on what it is that

  3. makes you unique and valuable. What value do you bring? We all have something we’re good at, a talent we possess that makes us special and different. Get clear on exactly what that is, then start celebrating yourself and your abilities. When you know how much value you bring to your life and everyone around you, building confidence becomes an easy step in taking control of your life. 3) Set achievable goals

  4. When it comes to self-confidence, there are few shortcuts. One of the most effective ways to boost your sense of self-worth is to identify specific goals and focus on achieving them one at a time. For example, if you’re feeling down about your career progress, make a list of four steps you can take in one month (or less) that will get you closer to your desired outcome. 4) Have faith in yourself

  5. It sounds easy, but when you’re really struggling with confidence, it can be hard to believe in yourself. Some days you may wonder what good could possibly come of anything you do. The thing is, if you have faith in yourself and your abilities—even when things seem bleak—you’ll find that your attitude will carry over into other areas of your life. That positive energy can inspire others around you and help create a more positive environment. 5) Act as if you have already achieved what you want

  6. If you want more self-confidence, pretend like you already have it. If you’re not used to being in a leadership role, pretend that’s what you are and speak with authority. “Confidence is when you believe in yourself and your abilities, arrogance is when you think you are better than others and act accordingly.” – STEWARD STAFFORD
