  1. 5 THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW AS A HEPA FILTER USER Let’s face it. The environment is getting more and more polluted every day. We all agree to the fact that our air is filled with dust and other unseen things. Now, if you are an allergic patient, then I recommend a HEPA filter for you. Trust me, you can breathe better, live better. By the way, did you know that HEPA filters were first used to protect the workers of the nuclear zone? This was going on in 1960, and this is a fact. So, if you are an owner of a HEPA filter air purifier, then there are some things that you should be aware of. It will save you more than just purifying the air.

  2. #1 GOOD FOR THE ALLERGIC PATIENT Allergy is one of the most disturbing illnesses ever. It is an ever going illness that never cures. So the only way to save yourself from allergy then cleanliness is the only option. You can clean your floor and everything. But to clean the air, you need an air purifier. There are dust particles that too small, dog hair flying around the house. These things can enter into your lungs with breathing and create a problem for you. A HEPA filter can clean up to 99.7% of the particles from the air. This is a great opportunity for asthma patients and allergy patients. #2 IT WON’T SAVE YOU FROM EVERYTHING As you know, HEPA filters can filter particles that are a maximum of 3 microns. But some viruses are 0.1 microns or less. How can the purifier filter these viruses? Also, some bacteria can escape this purifier. HEPA filter cannot filter the gases coming out from aerosol hair spray, ammonia, and so many other gases that are harmful to the eyes. #3 PAY ATTENTION TO THE TERMINOLOGIES Always have a look before you buy a HEPA filter air purifier. Absolute HEPA filters can filter more than 99% of particles in the air. So, they are labelled as true HEPA, absolute HEPA filter etc.

  3. However, some companies also make air purifiers and label their product as HEPA-like, HEPA-type, etc. Go for the real HEPA filters. Otherwise, you are just wasting money on air purifiers. #4 FREQUENT REPLACEMENT As HEPA filters filtrate most of the dust from the air the filtration, parts of this cleaner get clogged more quickly. You have to change the filters twice a year or once a year. Otherwise, when it gets clogged, it will not purify any air. And you cannot even say it. Because it’s so hard to find out if the air is being filtrated perfectly or not. #5 HEPA FILTERS CANNOT SAVE FROM COVID As you know, Covid is spreading around the world so quickly that the world has fallen apart to it. You may expect the filter to absorb the Covid virus. But as the Covid virus is just 0.1 micron in size so HEPA filters cannot trace this. So it cannot save you from Covid. But it can catch the virus that came out with your cough or sneeze.
