To access an order status customers will need two pieces of information:
The order number for the vehicle purchased
The state that the vehicle was purchased in
This is required as a second level of security
If the customer does not have these pieces of information, or if one of these does not match the order, they will receive an error message requesting that they double check the information entered / contact their selling dealer.
Working with order fulfillment, event codes were grouped into 5 main ‘groups’ depending on the type of function that was occurring and what was most relevant to the customer.
