When I started this business, we faced many challenges, including limited funds and resources. I clearly remember when I had to inform my entire team that it would be difficult to pay salaries next month, and I could only manage 30% of their salaries. I told them that if they wanted to leave, I would respect their decision. However, my team not only supported me, but they also sacrificed their entire salaries. Together, we worked hard to grow the company, and I feel very blessed that I had the opportunity to repay their sacri- fices last year. If anyone wants to make digital selling or marketing their profession, the first thing they need is patience.
