  3. Long Term Storage We have recently upgraded our roof which means our roof is 100% dry. There is no way water or anything else will be coming in from the roof. Your items will be locked and sealed in a wooden crate or “home pack”. The reason for the wooden crates is that they are known to be the safest protection for your belongings. The natural fibers are able to “breathe”, meaning your your loved furniture is protected from degradation and mould. We are able to organise pick up and delivery of your items with our professional movers back to the property they are going to. What’s great about our long term storageis we charge by the cubic metre, so you only pay for the amount of items you have! We do not charge by the storage shed as some storage warehouses may. This means you are not paying for wasted space! Which can only be a positive benefit in the long run especially for long term storage.

Points to Remember: • Our storage is available to all customers who use our relocations services. • Billing can be daily or weekly- not locked in for months of years • Pay by the cubic metre- so you are paying for the exact amount and there is no wasted space • Easy to load and unload as it is warehouse storage- no lifts • We record everyone who comes in and out • The storage is a bonded store and customers cannot access their goods once they are in our secure facility. • Full time cctv monitored • Your furniture is kept in wood crates- furniture doesn’t sweat meaning no mould growth • Pot plants are able to be stored in a secure outdoor area
