Use this strategy to force an adversary to let go of your clothing. Roundhouse Kick The roundhouse kick is a generally used strategy in martial arts. This kick is particularly well-known in taekwondo contests. This fast, powerful strategy can be deceptive, and your challenger may have a hard time determining out where it’s going to hit him until it’s too late. To execute this kick, lift your leg off the ground and fold your knee. Kick side to side at your focus on with your instep or the ball of your foot. Twist your waist and easily snap your knee to make power in this strategy. This kick is generally provided to the waistline or head. Raise your knee higher to execute head-level sneakers. Palm-Heel Strike The palm-heel attack is a basic hand strategy that is efficient for self protection. You don’t need to be incredibly muscle or a black belt to cause a lot of damage with the palm-heel attack. Execute this strategy by forcefully driving the heel of your palm at your focus on. Hit an assailant’s nose, chin or jaw with this attack. This strategy can break an enemy’s nose and cause his eyes to water. Martial artists often prefer this strike over kickboxing because harm to your own fist and hand can occur while kickboxing an adversary’s face. Front Elbow Strike Martial performers don’t just use their arms and feet to battle. The shoulder is also a devastating weapon. Fighting styles such as krav maga, wing chun and muay thai frequently use elbow strikes for close- range fight. Deliver a front shoulder strike by flexing your arm and moving your elbow side to side at an attacker’s jaw. Improve the efficiency of this
