Obtain a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) At the time of incorporation, the individuals who have been nominated to serve as directors of the NGO will be required to provide their Digital Signatures. A digital signature is simply an electronic means of signing and authorizing registration documents that are submitted online. This may be done in a number of different ways. In order to facilitate this kind of digital authorization, the government of India has delegated the task of issuing DSC apply online to a number of different Certifying institutions. Every Director will be required to submit an application to one of these agencies in order to get either a Class 2 or Class 3 DSC. The processing costs that must be paid will differ from one certifying agency to the next, as well as depending on the particular kind of DSC that must be obtained. Applicants are required to submit an application for a Director Identification Number, often known as a DIN, after they have obtained a DSC. As a result, the prospective directors of the business are required to submit application Form DIR-3 to the MCA in order to get a DIN. Step 3: After that, register a company name for your non-profit organization by submitting Form INC-1 to the Registrar of Companies. As part of the application process, applicants may include up to six name choices in their submissions. The ROC is going to walk through the list, check each item to see if there is availability, and then select one of the items that is available.
