  1. Lawrence Starkman MAI Lawrence Starkman worked tirelessly to achieve the designation of Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI). The Appraisal Institute is an international group of professional real estate appraisers. Membership to this elite group shows business and home buyers that you have the education and experience to back up the number you will give them.

  2. Lawrence Starkman Hard Worker Lawrence Starkman did not achieve the success he has today by taking the easy road. From the time he was young he worked hard to accomplish any goal he set for himself. He studied hard in school to earn his Bachelor’s Degree but didn’t just stop there. He went on to earn a prestigious membership to the Appraisal Institute so he could prove to his clients that he has the experience and education to back up his appraisals.

  3. Lawrence Starkman The Importance of Building Partnerships In almost every profession it is important to build a network of partners that you can use to help foster deals and seek advice from. Real estate is one industry where having a strong network of peers is very important. Lawrence Starkman has known this for years and has worked to build partnerships with over one hundred and fifty investors and other real estate professionals throughout the United States.

Whether it is real or fiction, he enjoys getting lost in the story the author tells. He reads not just for fun but also to learn about a wide variety of topics. He especially likes reading about history and all the different perspectives authors can have on the same events. He can appreciate all sides of the same story and thinks it helps him be a better problem solver in his personal and professional life.
