  1. Anal Fissures–Treatable and Curable Anal fissures are one of the most common issues for individuals who regularly have pain and irritation in their bottom. The severity of the condition can vary, and it is essential to understand that many symptoms result from inflammation, not necessarily a tiny tear or actual hole in the rectum. Identify the exact cause of the condition This may require a visit to your doctor for an examination and possibly tests such as a stool sample and an X-ray. Observe how these fissures develop. If you have chronic constipation or diarrhea, see if your bowel movements change after eating certain foods such as dairy or wheat bran.

  2. Observe how these fissures develop Anal fissures are small tears in the lining of the anus, which can be very painful. They occur when there is too much pressure inside the anus. This pressure can be caused by passing a large or hard stool, straining during a bowel movement, or having diarrhea. Anal fissures can also be caused by childbirth and other medical conditions. Understand how you can recognize the symptoms and signs The main symptom of anal fissures is pain during bowel movements or passing gas. In severe cases, you may experience pain while sitting down, walking, or even standing up after sitting for an extended period. You may notice some blood on the toilet paper after using the bathroom. Determine the methods for effective treatment If you’re diagnosed with anal fissures, your doctor may prescribe medications like topical nitroglycerin ointment or steroid cream to ease pain and inflammation while treating any underlying cause of these tears (such as constipation). Treatment Methods 1. APPLYING CREAMS OR INTAKE OF STOOL SOFTENERS AND PAIN MEDICATION Anal fissures are treated with medications that help heal internal tears in the anus and rectum (internal hemorrhoids). These include: Creams containing glycerin or lanolin (oil from sheep’s wool) help soothe the area, promote healing, and relieve discomfort. Laxatives (medications that make you have a bowel movement) these products help soften stool so that it passes more quickly through your colon (large intestine). Stool softeners may also help prevent constipation related to anal fissure treatment.

  3. Pain relievers, such as ibuprofen (Advil) or acetaminophen (Tylenol), your doctor may recommend these pain relievers to help make bowel movements less painful. This is often all that is needed for mild symptoms. It won’t make the tear disappear, but it can help relieve pain and make it easier to pass stools without straining too much. If cream and medication aren’t helping, ask your GP about other options – there are plenty available. Read more: https://laserpiles.com/anal-fissures-treatable-and-curable/
