However, becoming a first time home buyer is also an extremely stressful time period. Even though you have arranged the money for the down payment, there are still many questions that most first time home buyers do not bother to ask themselves. Why do you want to buy a house? Have you chosen the correct realtor? Once you have gotten the basics out of the way and have made up your mind that you are ready to buy your first house, the next thing you need to consider is whether or not you are working with the correct realtor? It might be that you have chosen the top realtor of your town, but is he/she the correct choice for you? You need to gel well with them, be comfortable in asking questions and also trust them when they go to find the right house for you.
