  2. Our Team Has History Our story began on October 8th, 2009, with a $240 caulking job in Candiac. Marc-André La Barre had just build 3 days before an homemade website offering caulking services. He did the job by himself at first with the simplest set of tools: a caulking gun, a knife and a small ladder. Demand was great so he expanded its services to include painting and residential renovations. • Fun Fact: Did you know that more than 75% of our team have been working together for more than 8 years? That’s what we call loyalty, engagement and long term relationships

  3. WHERE DOES LAB.SPACE COME FROM EXACTLY ? In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic brought a new type of opportunities. After successfully completed a small project in a biopharmaceutical center in Laval, our team was offered to work on many larger, and more complexe lab space design and construction projects. With clients grateful for our turnkey, simpler and faster process, Lib. • was quickly recognized as an expert and was trusted with complete builing conversions from office space to biotech centers comprised of common areas, office space and, a lot of custom laboratories.
