  2. STEPS OF PU Clear Mat Process Sand the veneer with a sanding paper of 220 or 320 and properly clean the surface Fill in the impurities in the veneer or Nail marks with wood filler of the same color and left it to dry for a minimum of 30 minutes

  3. After the Wood Filler is completely dry sand the surface with a sanding paper of 220 or 320 and clean the surface Now we can use a Stain on the veneer if necessary to achieve desired colour and leave the surface to dry for 20 minutes

  4. Apply epoxy in which we mix parts A and B in equal ratios. We must apply one cross coat and leave it to dry for at least two hours. Sand the surface with only marginal pressure with a sanding paper of 320 and clean the surface

  6. Now is a good time to check for any improvement if required if yes we can again fill the project with Filler and repeat the process Once satisfied with the surface We can put in two coats of sealer and let it dry for another six hours

  7. Now Apply two cross coats of PU clear matt to achieve a matt finish (Part A:Part B 2:1) and leave it to dry for minimum of 6hour You can see your finished product finish
