  1. Knee Pain Myths & Facts Every person has their own opinion and misbelieves regarding knee pain and osteoarthritis (also known as Ga thiya). These are some of the common misconceptions/myths about knee pain. And we give you the facts for these myths: Myth 1: Most people think that injury to the knee is the only cause of knee pain. Fact: If you are having knee pain while climbing stairs, knee inflammation, or pain in both knees, it does not mean that it is because of an injury. There are many other causes like- rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, gout, septic arthritis, kneecap problem, etc.
