Female empowerment is one of the most hotly discussed topics in modern times.   3. Connecting emerging and established artists Along with the goal of giving young and developing artists a platform, a cultural hub also enables communities to develop. It facilitates communication between older and younger generations of artists, cultivating an environment where all abilities are valued and nourished because all artists have something to contribute.
