  4. 03 Set goals together For example: Plant a tree and see how It can grow in a year

  6. 05 Dont push too hard if you are doing something new

  8. Treasure hunt in nature Find the following elements in nature in the least amount of time possible

Outdoor activities Draw Photography Go for a walk and draw some trees Learn to observe using a camera Recycling Paint Collect leaves and use them as art supplies Bring a bag and learn to recycle during walks Listen Play Listen to the birds and the sounds of nature Collect branches and leaves and build a kite

  10. Things you can do while walking: collect leaves Seek artistic inspiration from nature walks and collect items to include in a work of art, such as pieces of bark, dry leaves, seed pods, or sticks Insert a photo of your finished work

  11. Things you can do after walking: plant a tree Go exploring, evaluate the area, choose the right species and plant a tree

  12. Things you can do after walking: a picnic If you’re able to extend your time outdoors, having a snack or meal is a great way to take a break while you’re exploring the surrounding area
