  1. Life Advice: Here’s Why You Need Lube Life needs lubrication; it keeps the crank moving, keeps a conversation flowing late at night, and turns friction from skin-to-skin contact into a glide. I have pondered lubricants, particularly sexual lubricants, for a large portion of my adult life. My motivation for starting to research lubes was personal. I was looking for anything without a lot of unfavourable side effects. Not only did using them ruin the atmosphere, but they also put my desire for a sexual life in danger due to the itching and burning they caused. Dryness in the vaginal area frequently signals chronic sexual discomfort. It is not only the most prevalent sign of sexual dysfunction, but it may also unintentionally lead to other, more difficult signs like painful sex and loss of desire. The stress of having sex with someone you don't know very well or drinking too much before sex, as well as a range of prescription drugs like anti-depressants and antihistamines that dry out vaginal tissue, are all typical situations that prevent our bodies from self-lubricating. Not to mention the many other situations that people face in life, such as pregnancy, raising infants, peri- and postmenopause, and others. Normal vaginal dryness occurs almost as frequently as regular vaginal wetness.

  2. Without enough natural lubrication, intercourse can become painful. Additionally, the body's natural communication regarding sexual excitement can be turned off after just a few instances of unlubricated sexual activity. It soon becomes hard to determine where or when anything first began. Vaginal dryness, painful sex, and low libido are the three most prevalent sexual dysfunctions that affect millions of women of all ages and compete for attention. One of the simplest methods to stop and aid in ending this ongoing cycle of sexual dysfunction is to use a good, healthy lubricant. Choose the right kind of lube The correct lubricant, formulated with healthy elements that support and function with the delicate vaginal ecology, is essential. It is preferable to use no lubricant than one that may damage the body's most delicate tissue. I used to think that the burning and itching I experienced after using most lubricants was an allergic response. Pjur is a brand that specialises in lubrications fit for all types of body and sensitivity. We now know that certain lubricants upset the delicate balance of the vaginal environment, whether or not adverse side effects occur, raising the risk of bacterial vaginosis (BV). Which is why using a water-based lubricant such as Pjur Back Door can help minimise the bacteria that you get from regular lubrication. Sometimes, using a water-based lube is not enough and just can’t keep up with your expectations. If you and your partner does not get irritated easily, try going up the ladder and use the silicone-based lube like the Pjur Analyse Me. The silicone-based ones are more long lasting and have a consistent glideness to it. Pjur lubricants are definitely a must have in the bedroom, it is definitely a game changer. Even though you might not believe you need it, using lubricant with a condom is actually a very wise decision. Friction is a major contributor to condom breaking, and lubrication helps to decrease it. It makes sense to make sure condoms function because they are 98 percent effective at preventing STIs and unintended pregnancy when worn properly.
