The founding directors taught many students about training methodologies, imparting apt knowledge, and the art of changing lifestyles.   5. CERTIFIED NUTRITION SPECIALIST Essentials of nutrition and sports sciences cover the latest and comprehensive information about basic nutrition science and sports nutrition. With the evolving fitness industry in India, many people have started taking care of their fitness, and hence, the right knowledge of nutrients required to improve athletic performance is important.

CERTIFIED YOGAINSTRUCTOR Our 266 hrs Certified Yoga Instructor course is a comprehensive training program designed to give knowledge, skills and confidence to teach yoga classes based on the traditional yoga style, "Hatha Yoga". The course is conducted in affiliation with Beauty and Wellness Skill Sector Council (B&WSSC) and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).
