TYCC’S Drive for Cause Accelerated the Pace of She Leads India The Yellow Coin Communication (TYCC) is a young team of socially conscious people who believe that even a small initiative of the positive people/groups can bring a bigger and better change in our society. Moreover, a society can never achieve sustainable development until and unless its women contribute aggressively in all the productive as well as decisive activities, including the business and economy. Based on this premise, She Leads India; a powerful conference organized by SheThePeople.TV in New Delhi on 30th March. UN Women India also supported the event, and once again TYCC has come forward to raise and amplify the voice of Indian women. A determination to change the discourse on diversity and a plan of action to grow the network for change was visible at the She Leads India that was aimed to bring together women at the forefront across spheres, who have consistently broken barriers to be change makers.She Leads India picked important subjects such as the role of women in public policy, equal pay for equal work, change through sport and the power of humour to influence gender equality.

Key speakers at the summit were Aruna Sundararajan (Secretary, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology), Ramesh Abhishek (Secretary of Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion Ministry of Commerce & Industry), Deepa Malik (First Indian woman to win a medal in Paralympics Games), Nishtha Satyam (Head, Strategic Partnerships, Policy Impact (M&E) and Public Relations UN Women Office for India, Bhutan, Maldives & Sri Lanka), Radhika Vaz (Well-known Comedian), Shaili Chopra (Founder of SheThePeople.TV), Sharmila Karve, PwC’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Leader, and Nupur Sharma (Member of the State Executive Committee of Delhi BJP ). Addressing the media, Shaili Chopra, Founder of She the people TV said, “She Leads India focuses on providing an insight into the changing landscape around the women, whether at work, home or in public place. It is a consortium of women in lead to foster new ideas, innovations, and solutions required for shaping a world of equal opportunities and growth.” The Team TYCC always aspires to deliver its best and inspires you to come with your best.
