Online Mediation A dispute is resolved through a step-by-step dialogue guided by a trained mediator with expertise in the relevant field, leading to a mutually agreed settlement. Online Arbitration For more complex disputes, Online Arbitration involves parties working with lawyers and advisors to present their case to a panel of trained arbitrators, who issue an "arbitral award." Arbitration can be either Fast Track or Regular, depending on the complexity and urgency of the case.
