About - Julio Caro Julio Caro' was like a wave of water who knew to find his way and in the year 1985, Julio Caro produced his first independent feature film “STATIC” starring Keith Gordon, Amanda Plummer and Bob Gunton. You might have watched the film and if not you must have. Julio Caro was the manager of the recording artists Safire, The Sea Hags, The Throbs, and Raw Youth. The ones who don’t know, Julio Caro was also a primary executive working on the development of their entertainment strategy from 1996 to 2000 at the production company, Radical Media in New York and Los Angeles.
