At this time people think to reset their factory as the factory reset clears all the information and takes your android phone back to its original state.There are many ways to reset your android phone. This blog explains each method in detail.

  2. There are different methods to do factory resetting a phone 1. Factory reset a phone from device settings Location of the option of factory reset will be different for different phones. First we should find it. • Click on the ‘Settings’ application on your phone and navigate to System. • You can find ‘Reset Options’ under settings and click on it. • Under Reset option, you can see ‘Erase all data option; once you click on this, your phone will ask for confirmation. • Clock on ‘Erase all data’ to continue. • Wait for the system to remove all data

  3. 2. using recovery mode If your phone is unresponsive and you cannot access your phone settings, you can reset your factory ‘using recovery mode’. Follow the below steps 1.Once the Android recovery mode appears, you’ll see a wipe data/ factory reset option. 2. Use the volume key to navigate iy and power button to select it. Click on ‘Yes’ if the phone asks. 3. Once the factory reset is completed, you will be sent back to recovery mode. 4. Now select the ‘Reboot System Now’ option, and your phone will boot normally. It is better to check whether the Factory Reset Protection (FRP) has been disabled on your phone or not. You should remove the Google account from your phone before using the recovery mode to wipe it. If FRP is still active, you will be asked to add the Google account which you used on the phone before.

  4. 3. Factory reset using Find My Device If your phone has been stolen or you lost it, you still have the option to reset your factory. You ‘Find My Device feature’ on google to erase the data. This option will work if your phone satisfies the following conditions: • Your phone is on • It's signed into your Google account. • It's connected to Internet • It's visible on Google Play. • It has 'Location' turned on. • It has 'Find My Device' turned on. Moreover, you've enabled two-factor authentication on your phone and you must also have a backup phone or backup code Now, follow the below steps to reset your factory • Go to android.com/find. • Google will try to locate your phone, and you’ll see an option below to’ Erase Device’. • Click on it to proceed the Factory Reset process. If Google couldn't locate the phone, it will complete the wiping process once it has located it.

  5. 4. Unlock Android Device Using ADM (Android Device Manager) Follow the steps below, 1. Choose google.com/android/devicemanager. 2. Now sign-in with your login in details on google. Make Sure the login details should be the same as that of your locked phone. 3. Now in the ADM interface, select the device you need to unlock. 4. Select lock. 5. You will see a window where you have to write the temporary password. Then, skip the recovery message. 6. Now click on the lock again. 7. On the nex window, you will see a confirmation below the box with the button ring lock and erase. 8. You will see a password field on your phone in which you have to enter the temporary password that will unlock the phone. 9.After completing this, go to your phone’s lock screen settings and disable the temporary password first.
