  1. Pandemic Patience Pays Off “Our first client to have her case tried since the courts stopped trying cases due to COVID-19 proved how important it was to be patient. After a full trial on the merits, the verdict was not guilty. We knew from the moment of arrest that the so- called “victim” made a false complaint of domestic violence in order to get a leg up in a custody dispute. More than a year later, and with our investigation to support the evidence, the truth became overwhelmingly clear. Congratulations to those who are not buckling under the pressure of delay and working patiently to get their day in court. We know it is not easy and we promise to use every minute of the delay in support of your defense when your trial day finally arrives.”
