  1. BeeTV Down If your bee TV is not working, there are a few things you can check to try and fix the issue. First, make sure that the bee TV box is properly plugged into an electrical outlet and that your TV is turned on. If the bee tv box is turned on but there is still no picture or sound, please check your TV's input. Make sure that the input you have selected is the one that the bee TV box is plugged into.

  2. BeeTV Down If you still don't see a picture or hear sound, please try restarting your bee TV box. To do this, unplug the power cord from the back of the box and then plug it back in. Once the box has restarted, check to see if the issue has been resolved. If you are still having problems with your bee TV, please contact customer support for further assistance.
