Proficiency in data entry, the capacity to precisely and effectively enter, update, and manage data.  2. Proficiency in computers and familiarity with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and database software, among other basic computer programs.  3. Capabilities for Written Communication: the ability to write emails, reports, and documents that are professional, organized, and easy to

  2. understand.  4. Focus on the details to prevent mistakes; make sure that every task is complete and accurate.  5. Effective Time Management: The ability to plan and coordinate tasks. 6. Capabilities for solving problems: the capacity to evaluate circumstances and find workable answers to problems pertaining to the job.  7. Cooperation and teamwork: collaborating productively with departments and coworkers to accomplish shared objectives.  8. Privacy preserving the confidentiality and security of private company and employee data.  9. Capabilities for methodical file recording and document management for efficiency and convenience.  10.
